Legal Project Manager

To upgrade our structure, we are looking for a

LEGAL PROJECT MANAGER

The candidate is responsible for the planning, supervision and management of projects related to the development of software that support the customer in managing compliance with the requirements of specific regulations (e.g. Data Protection, AML, occupational safety, 231/2001).

He/she develops and manages a detailed project program and work plan, provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and progress monitors progress and makes the necessary changes to the current project, and measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.

He/she interfaces with a team of legal advisors – in order to verify and request the legislative requirements to be implemented and that the software developed must comply with – and with our team of developers, in order to report back to them the issues discussed with the legal team and verify the functionality that the software must guarantee with respect to the requirements dictated by the legislation.

He/she is also responsible for the testing phase of the software product developed before its release and marketing, in order to verify that all legal requirements have been properly implemented and that the product developed has all the necessary functionality required by the relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate has an excellent legal background (a degree in Law is a preferential prerequisite), is strongly oriented to the in-depth and individual study of legal issues, has excellent digital skills in the use of computers and elementary computer knowledge related to programming and software development (setting a series of instructions that can be interpreted by a computer in order to generate an output).

The profile is completed by a proven ability to solve problems in a creative way, familiarization with project management software tools, vision of projects throughout their entire life cycle, excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, autonomy in managing personal tasks, proven ability to complete projects according to the scope, outlined budget and timing, strong aptitude to teamwork.
